Disappointing
Location is great! Apartment is average, like it is on the pictures.
The apartment was unfortunately not cleaned before our arrival. There were cobwebs, dust, someone else’s hair, and even dust flakes coming out of the air conditioning. The dish sponge was dirty and full of hair, and the bathroom looked like it was only lightly wiped. Very disappointing first impression.
We've cleaned it on our own.

15 mins walk to old center, near stores and other facilities, with elevator and good utilities, pretty.
The floor was a little bit dirty , some pieces of the shower felt when using it, moldy shower, cash only payment!!!, very noisy during the night.

The location is great, next to the city centre, basic shops are very close, cafes and nice views around. The flat had all the facilities needed, all the details are thought about. Nice hosts, who keep in touch in all cases.
We were 2 colleagues, but had only one key. It was a bit problematic if we had to separate and think about how to meet to pick up the keys.

Apartmanot e cist ,mnogu prostran i komforen. So mnogu prirodna svetlina. Vo banjata ima dovolno sredstva za higiena duri i mleko za telo.
Isto i vo kujnata ima osnovni namirnici kako sol, sejker, maslo i slicno.
Se sto bese navedeno vo opis go ima.
Apartman za 10 ka, edinsrvena zamerka e toa sto boljerot e mal pa brzo se trosi toplata voda.

Good communication and friendly host.
The apartment is cosy, nicely furnished and pretty clean (could have been better).
Located at walking distance of old city landmarks. A Lidl store right downstairs is very convenient as well.
Clean bed linen and towels.
We found everything we needed in the kitchenette.
The shower cabin looked outdated and had limescale and mold and rust stains. It was also overflowing on the bathroom floor, we had to use the shower at the lowest pressure possible.
The toilet seat was broken.

Nice apartment and nice place to stay, close to city center...short walk and you are in heary of Split. Lidl supermarket is in building...great stuff.
The appartment owner, Košta, is great guy and was very helpful.. The free parking is available next to building and owner who is not living there, came with his car and saved parking spot for us so when we arfived we basically had parking spot in sun shadow area. After checkout we left car in same free parking spot and left to visit city center in daylight and take coffee in Split Riva...
Apartment is nice and was as expected amd would take it again if we come to Split again.
We stayed only 24hrs in Split, should have stayed 2 days at least.

Good location, 15 min walking to city centre, Lidl in the building, easy public parking.
The address on Google maps take us to different places, the host should have sent the location at the first contact once they knew about this issue.

The apartment is very nice, super clean and close to supermarket. The host is very kind and convenient.
it’s not very close to the old town (for me).
we were 4 so my sister and I slept on the sofa, I don’t recommand to do it for a long stay

Fairly close to the city centre (10 minutes and you are already in the busy streets of city centre). Host was always ready to help whenever needed
Air conditioning might need servicing, it felt like it did not work properly
