Our host and her son were very friendly and helpful. Washing machine was great with nice space to hang things to dry. Location was good. Free parking close by. Kitchen well supplied. Lots of towels. Good a/c. Relatively quiet location.
Smell of smoking from previous guest. Not the unit we expected: host's son explained a parking issue. Opened right onto a street, so couldn't open windows or shades. This made it rather cave-like. Windows and door only on one wall so no fresh air. A little crowded space.

Very close to the Old Town of Split, to the beaches, to bus stations, shopping malls, supermarkets... Everything was amazing! And once again - the best host ever! :)

Property was lovely, very clean, owners were very hospitable and gave us heaps of advice on what to do during our stay. Just a 10-15 minute walk to the old town area.

We had everything for a reasonable price: kitchen with fridge, AC. The owner is super nice, I advise asking him for a pick up from the airport, that's a real bargain!
The facilities are a bit old, but everything worked and it was clean.

Hosts were super friendly, offered to pick us up from the train station which was perfect. Really comfortable properly with great air conditioning.
The shower was a bit temperamental. It kept going cold and drained really slowly. But apart from that it was great

Localisation not bad, very welcoming hosts
Not the right adress on booking. We weren't warned about it earlier and when we got to the wrong appartment the host had to drive us to the real appartment.
Moist air, some parts of the appartment don't look clean even if they are.
Hard mattresses, i had a harder time getting rest.

The only positive thing was that the host picked us up from the airport (we had a late flight).
First, we booked apartment Licka 25, but instead we were taken somewhere else, to a small studio that looked like it was built in a garage, for which we paid the same price as we would have for the apartment booked here. The place was humid all the time and smelled like dampness. The bathroom wasn't clean. We couldn't open the windows, as the studio/garage was facing the street. The first night I accidentally turned off the boiler, but the second night I realised that the hot water finishes really quick. I took a 15 minutes shower and towards the end there was no hot water anymore. There were 2 single beds and the matresses were hard, we couldn't sleep well at all. Not worth even half the money we paid!

Got a great welcome by the host who was able to give us a lot of info about Split! I would definitly recomend this accomodation! We had a free parking spot for our car, but its close to the old town, so its very easy do to everything on foot. Great host!
