Clean and Comfortable, absolutely minimal equipment and amenities, do not expect any tea bags or coffee, and bring your own soap.
The apartment's location did not match its advertised central Split location. We found that there were no nearby shops or restaurants. As a result, my 5-year-old daughter and I had to walk for 20 minutes to reach the city center, and we had to make this trip 2-3 times a day, especially for her afternoon rest. This meant we were spending over 2 hours walking each day. After just three nights, we made the decision to change apartments due to the location issue. Unfortunately, the owner insisted on charging us the full amount, even though we left early. Consequently, we ended up paying more than our stay was worth, but we relocated to a new apartment in the actual city center.

Very nice apartment in a good location (5 min. walk to old town). Nothing was missing. Zoran was a great host. Internet was fast and kitchen had everything needed.

Apartment was very clean, locations is perfect, 5 min walking from city center but in same time very quiet. Have a nice garden/terrace. Host is very friendly.

such a beautiful little property! Zoran and his wife were so lovely and accomodating, they made me feel at home. They welcomed me and showed me how to use the facilities. I would 100% recommend staying here, its a great location and great value for money! Very happy with my stay. I will definitely be coming back!

It was beautiful, spacious, quiet, clean. Zoran was a kind host and takes great pride in his property. It was a lot larger in person than I thought it was going to be. It is nice and central while having the pleasure of peace and quiet. Everything was well equipped and Id recommend it to anyone. Id definitely stay again.

+ Free public parking across the street (if you're lucky you may find place there)
- it may be very hard to find available spot in that public parking. It's one of the most popular place to park. One day we spend almost 30 minutes trying to find alternatives (although there was some event nearby)

This apartment is very nice and modern and has everything you need even for longer stay. It is spotless clean and well equiped. It has very comfortable bed and here is quiet in the night so I had proper rest and felt fresh in the morning. Zoran is amazing host, and as my sister have here some health issue he helped us immediatelly with some our extra requests. This studio has beautiful shared garden with nice greens and also with fig tree. It is just 10 min walk to Riva and old part of city. Around apartment you have supermarkets and banks with money exchange shop with very good rate.In total this apartment is well reccomended!!

Easy access by car with free parking across the street (only watch out for the croatian way of parking: they block you and put their phonenumber on their front window)
The second bed (couch) is a bit hard if you are used to soft mattresses.
