Superb location, easy 10 minute walk to central Split and Diocletian Palace. Private off street parking in what is clearly a parking challenged city for 5 euros per day. Small beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking an amazing garden. Immaculately clean, well equipped kitchen, AC and wifi worked great. Host super nice. Wild peacocks in area loud and quite entertaining, made sitting out more fun.
No dislikes; washing machine available for 5 euros per load via host if needed. Small dining room table and chairs are only non-bed seating option if outdoors not possible.

We can't really add to all the positive things already said in past reviews. The owner, Marica, was very attentive to all our needs. Even bought my wife a small birthday gift on her BD. Great parking, 10 minute slow walk to waterfront/old town. A couple of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes. Can't really ask for more!!

Great apartment! Very clean and comfortable. We slept very well there. The garden is beautiful and just staying outside in the evening was so nice! The apartment is just 10 minutes walk away from the old town, in a quiet area. It was perfect for our stay and we definitely we'll choose it again if we'll come back to Split!

We had such a great stay at Ursic Apratments. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, all you need in a kitchen, lovely host, free parking inside next to the garden, 5-10 minutest walk to old town. The apartment looks even better in reallity than the photos. We recomand it for sure!

The rooms look better than in pictures. Very well equipped kitchen. Large bed, cold/in the shadow room, so it was good to stay in on a hot summer day. 10 mins walking to the Split old city.
Had some troubles with the electric gate for car/using the remote controller for opening the auto gates when leaving.

The location is the excellent just 10 mins from the town and port. The bed was super comfy and there was a very powerful shower! The host Maria was such a lovely warm person and very welcoming!

The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a comfortable double bed, TV, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The landowner Marica is very friendly, accommodating and willing. Recommended and nearby restaurants offer really tasty food. It is 10 minutes to the center of Split.

Maria our host was so friendly and accommodating - especially when our suitcase broke! The apartment was very spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. We were very impressed and it was the best hotel out of our selection of hotels across Croatia. We will definitely return!
