perfect location, nice, clean and modern rooms, apartments are directly in the city centre (palace approx. 5min walk, many restaurants around). parking - courtyard next to the hotel (quite challenging to park here, but hotel staff is always available to help you)

It was clean, conveniently located and comfortable. There was an issue with our original room but staff had already come up with a solution prior to our arrival and was able to put us in a comparable room just down the street and that location had an elevator - kinda lucked out there with not having to drag our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Appreciate the available fix and the hospitality. The staff were lovely, helpful and very welcoming. Also loved how close it was to Diocletian's Palace and all that area offers.

absolutely lovely room with super king size bed and the fluffiest pillows. It was super clean and provided everything we required. The staff were very friendly and provided us with excellent customer service. The hotel is literally minutes from the historic centre, so was really convenient! We would recommend!!

It has a great location, the staff is super nice (they have us very good recommendations) and the rooms are very nice. They also offer parking in case you need a place to leave your rental car.

We stayed for three nights at Azur Palace and were very impressed with everything about the hotel. The rooms were fairly spacious and clean, the air conditioning was very good and quiet and the breakfast was tasty. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and polite and we felt well looked after.
The only slight negative was the lack of comfortable seating in the room itself, it would have been nice to have had a small sofa or comfortable chairs to sit in, the only chair in the room was hard and foldable and there was only one. But as we were mostly out this did not effect the enjoyment of our stay.

The location was excellent, only a short walk from the centre but very quiet. The room was spacious and the shower was superb. The breakfast was very limited and you soon got bored of it.
The breakfast was the only thing to let it down.

The staff knew we were arriving a bit early, and rather than just holding our luggage for us, they had our room ready and checked us in. The room was unexpectedly spacious for being in a historical building so close to Old Town, and it was very clean. We also enjoyed the courtyard. Breakfast is continental; there was a good selection, the food was tasty and beautifully presented, and the coffee was prepared to order and very good. The location is excellent: on a quiet side street just a couple blocks from Diocletian's Palace.
I looked for a staff member a few times during the day and couldn't find anyone. There was tea in the room (unclear if it was herbal or caffeinated), but no option for coffee outside of the continental breakfast. These are both minor issues. My only caution is, if you're unable to carry your suitcase up a staircase, see if you can get a first-floor room, as there's no elevator. I imagine the front desk staff would help with luggage if asked, but it's not standard for them to offer, at least for us. (We didn't ask since we can manage our luggage on stairs without assistance, so this isn't something I didn't like; it's just something to be aware of before making reservations.)

Top location and very friendly staff.
Breakfast was rather boring. The ac was installed at the wall right next to our bed and you could hear the vibration through the wall. To make matters worse, it wasnt our ac, so it didnt help turning it off.
