Wonderful
Damir is an excellent and available host. The room is clean and spacious. It is not luxurious, and the bathroom is a little strange with the toilet in the shower, but everything you need is there. In fact, I found it nice and charming to see all the little things the host had equipped the room with. It felt homey. Good and large bed, also good pillows. The free covered parking spot is also big plus, and it is easy to reach the old city on foot (10-15 minutes).

The host, Damir, was so helpful. He provided city maps and directions to the old town. The old town is less than 1km away and very convenient. There was a choice of breakfast, tea and coffee facilities provided and a clean and comfortable bed.

Damir is an excellent host.
Refreshingly friendly and helpful.
Breakfast had a good choice of options.
Parking was excellent and secure.
15 minute to the town centre.
Damir gave us some local wine as he welcomed us upon our arrival.
I would describe the bathroom as somewhat quirky. But it did not detract from our enjoyment.

The location as old town is only 15 min by foot. There is also good parking available on site. The room is nice and big with comfortable furnishings. The owner is a helpful guy and also offers some options for breakfast.
The bathroom is really small but still manageable.

Location is great . Also the parking space is good . Damir is an amazing and very helpful person . We loved his hospitality . He was very responsive too. He also suggested a good place to eat and it was amazing . Breakfast was basic but good . Damir had some breakfast options too .
The bathroom is small but it was manageable.

The room was quite big and nicely furnished, only 15 minutes away from the city center on foot. The staff was absolutely the kindest. He gave us everything we needed and also brought us fruits and vegetables from the garden.
One thing one might want to know before choosing this room is that the air conditioning is over the shower (and the toilet is in the shower as well). However, the owner provides the remote control so one can adjust the AC.

The parking is great, the host was very kind.
The city center is not too fr away, cca. 10-15minutes on foor.
The room looks like an afterthough. The kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet is all in one room, which looks like a former staircase. The toilet is right under the shower head. The whole place has a third world country vibe. It was cheap, but not that cheap.

Absolutely lovely and accommodating host who went the extra mile. Great location. Good amenities and comfy room.
Woke up when the sun rose each morning around 5am, could do with some curtains across the doorway to the kitchen.
