Ivan was fantastic and helped me check in and get oriented to Split, he was always available to answer my questions. The two roof top terraces were phenomenal with a view of the ocean. I liked the communal kitchen area, it was well equipped and my room had a mini fridge.
Everything was great.

This hotel has a great location. We were able to take a break from sightseeing and go back up to our room for a little rest. It is right in the middle of Split. We had a little balcony in our room that overlooked an interesting courtyard, including the Temple of Jupiter. Comfortable and spacious room. There was a cappucinno machine on the roof top area that we enjoyed every morning. The roof top areas are wonderful places to sit and look out over the rooftops of Split. Very comfortable. The managers are helpful with recommendations and general information.

Wonderful
Very nice hotel room in very good location in Split. Property had a terrace area for everyone to use and enjoyed sitting there. Kitchen off terrace. Nice place to enjoy a bottle of wine. Host was very friendly and helpful. Helped us carry our luggage all the way out of the walled city.

The apartment is right in the heart of Diocletian's Palace, just yards from the stunning Roman peristile courtyard. It has a communal loggia with shared kitchen complete with an excellent complimentary coffee machine, as well as a roof terrace with fabulous views across the city. Ivan and the other staff are as courteous, friendly and helpful as they could possibly be. We loved the place and would happily return. The cathedral bells are hilariously loud and insistent that you get up and enjoy your holiday, which some would see as a negative, but we didnt; its part of being in the centre of things.
The apartment is up three flights of stairs, which didn't bother us, but people with mobility issues should be aware of it, I think, and there is no lift.

What I liked most was the location, close to everything and great views from the terraces, where you can make breakfast and drink coffee. High-level service. I sincerely recommend it!

Perfect location within the palace & within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Riva walk & the port. The 2 terraces were great for having breakfast, happy hour or just relaxing. My husband really enjoyed the espresso machine in the communal kitchen & I enjoyed the rooftop terrace with the great views. Ivan, the day shift manager, went out of his way to meet us & carry my suitcase up many stairs both on the way up & down upon checkout. He also provided us with many recommendations for restaurants & things to do in Split.
The many stairs I think I counted 73 excluding the landings you definitely get a workout. Also the apartment lighting is a little dark.

The location was perfect! ( Make sure you know you can not drive to property you need to walk to site) the room was so clean and comy, Ante was SOOO helpful and accommodating , the roof top was awesome and enjoyed coffee in the am, we had a wonderful stay!!

Everything was wonderful, staff amazing, special thanks to Iva,Ante and Ivan for all their help. Terrace outstanding, kitchen facilities the best we have ever seen and we have travelled round Europe often. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea, condiments, dishwasher available and filled up for you. What a gem of a find right in the centre of the old town of Split, views from the terrace outstanding. Thanks also to Ante for lugging our heavy cases up to the top floor for us and down again and when we were leaving, lugging our case through the street avoiding the steps to the promenade beside the marina near the bus station. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, the owner has chosen his staff wisely. Also Iva did a washing for us and ironed it! Tip them well they deserve it.

Ivan and ante were fantastic, they couldnt do enough for us. The location is right in the centre of the town and the apartment was clean. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location within the walls of the old town. The staff is exceptional! Brought our luggage up the stairs to our room. Loved the coffee on the top provided on the upper floor. So convenient.

Really nice hotel with great rooms and hotel area is amazing. Cool roof top with an 360 view! The straff was really helpful and kind! We were 14 friends staying here and everyone had a great time! Would recommend
