We are a family of five (three young children) and absolutely loved our stay here. Don’t be fooled by old reviews about construction in the area - we traveled in Sept 2025 and it is all complete and the results are amazing. The apartment is directly across the street from the newly developed promenade which was a paradise for the kids with a splash pad, football pitches, multiple playgrounds, tennis, restaurants and of course the beach (with an inflatable playground/obstacle course in the water). There was also a grocery store in the same building as the apartment and Ubers to Old Town, Split took 10 min. We can’t wait to come back!

Property is overlooking the sea ( views is amazing !! ) Clean Luxurious Apartment with all amenities once could ask for !! Highly Recommend !! Last but not the least The Host of the apartment ( Ivana ) she really took such good care of us and made us feel like we were at home !! ITS THE BEST !!

We had the best time. The host was amazing, really friendly and accommodating. Right beside the beach and lots to do, shops are right around the corner. Apartment itself was spotless with everything we needed available to hand. If we’re ever back in town we will 100% be staying here again!

Great apartment, nice, luxury and well equipped. Location - distant from center which I see as an advantage, as the center is pretty noisy. Easily to get to center via bus/uber or walking alongside the beach. Market downstairs in the building. A cafe very close. Marvellous host !!! Took us from the bus station to the apartment by car and showed everything. That was really great stay. Highly recommend.
We came at the time when there were beach constructions.

The apartment was fantastic with a great outlook over the water, was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed.
The host, Ivana was very very helpful in recommending things to do, places to go and where to eat.
I found our bed firmer than I am used to.

I absolutely loved my stay in znjan. The design inside is breathtaking. The place inside is super clean and has everything you need for an overall great experience. The location is right on the water with a supermarket beneath you, for you to buy what you need. We found it really easy to travel to and from the city centre by catching the bus but found ourselves staying inside most of the nights and soaking in the view. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!
