This hotel was well located, close to the palace and close to the bus station. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was at the Villa Diana (next door) and it was very good. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and gave us very good information about the city.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the marina and old town attractions. It offers convenient car access to highways leading to and from Split, along with a hotel parking space. The owner is very nice, attentive to guests' well-being, and provides great dining recommendations. The room is very spacious, clean, and equipped with comfortable, large beds. Breakfast is served at a nearby hotel and is a good meal to start the day.

Room was spacious on ground floor and parking for our rental car. Plus a small frig. Breakfast at adjacent room was delicious and a great start to the day.
Nothing to dislike..just wish we had plain coffee in our room.

Friendly host, large and bright room, new equipment in the bathroom, large shower cabin, everything was clean, free parking space in front of the accommodation. good wifi. close to the historic center.
We had no problems. As a suggestion, some disposable slippers would be good.

Location great. Just 5 mins walk from the harbour and the centre. 10 mins from beach. The hotel itself is small - just 5 rooms. Its family-run and a lot of attention has been paid to detail, to quality and comfort. Its very good value for money. Breakfast is available at Villa Diana next door. Incomparably better than similarly priced hotel chains

Location was key for a one night stop over. Easy walk to Palace, old town and port. Managed to see everything with only an hour at night and again the following morning.
Good room amenities: in-room safe, fridge, WiFi , enough electrical sockets, good shower and comfortable bed.
All questions answered with a smile.
Parking though tight was a major bonus as a lot of hotels have no parking at all.
Breakfast is in the adjacent diner served with eggs of your choice.

We were excited to find this little gem in Split. It is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the palace and was very comfortable and affordable. The free parking was an added bonus, although a small car is an advantage.
The host Danjel was very friendly and helpful (Ana is his mother as we found out). Take the footpath behind the hotel down town to avoid the busy road.
