Breakfast was a help yourself in your room and quite adequate The whole experience of staying in Split was enhanced by the wonderful and caring " Marijana" the manager of Zephyrus who went out of her way to ensure our stay was excellent
62 steps up to the attic accommodation - BUT the view from the top was excellent

The host Marijana was excellent and the location so close to the oldtown
We have a huge problem with booking .com where we booked another accommodation for the same dates in Split in error and never received confirmation on the booking. We assumed the booking was never accepted by booking com. .we have spoken to booking. Com three times and no one has come back to us

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with balcony which was absolutely stunning with a sea view. The owner Marijana booked an airport taxi for us and the driver was so courteous and professional and was waiting for us in arrivals. Marijana was waiting for us when we arrived at the property and showed us in. The apartment was huge, and so tastefully decorated, with absolutely everything we needed and more. Both Marijana and the housekeeper Marta were so helpful, friendly and professional. The area of Varos where the property is located is quaint and pretty and only a five minute walk to the Riva, waterfront and old town. Lots and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. It's perfectly located to explore lovely Split with all it's history, culture and beaches. I will definitely be returning to Zephyrus.

Lots of space, a great balcony, rooms were comfortable. Our welcome was wonderful and kind. Only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the main part of Split.

The location very central, room was spotlless. Having coffee, tea, cereal in the room made life easy the first morning . Antonia was very accomodating and approachable. She highly recommended local family run restaurants in the area which we tried and they were amazing. Highly recommend Zephyrus 10/10

The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the most comfortable bed! A lovely courtyard to be able to have breakfast, (cereals, juice, yogurts, milk, teas and coffee were provided, which we didnt realise) or a glass of wine! A lovely location, so close to everything including the best coffee and lots of restaurants. Our host, Antonia was so lovely and was always available. Staying here made our trip to Split so enjoyable. Thank you so much Antonia

Quirky, clean, great location, milk and water in fridge and cereal - nice touch. Really helpful hostess. Lovely courtyard to relax in.
We hired two rooms The loft room was more expensive and really shouldnt be due to the climb of 50+ stairs, sloping ceiling, lack of long mirror in the room, the shower room had a small rectangle mirror only, the shower wasnt very effective, the velux windows gave beautiful views but were also very noisy in rain.
