Very well-equipped and clean studio room with kitchen and washing machine. Just 5 minutes walk from the sea, Diocletian's Palace and all the shops and restaurants.

The location of the breakfast and the service and quality was very good.
As we were only there for a few days, the variety met out expectations. However, a few more choices for a longer stay would have been nice. For example, pancakes or French toast.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful with any questions we may had. The included breakfast was a nice touch and the location was perfect. Just a few walking minutes from the old town.
The pillows were not the most comfortable but having more than 1 made up for it

The staff at Divota were very friendly and responsive to all enquiries and requests for help during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and all help with restaurant reservations followed up promptly.
The apartment was spacious and having 2 levels allowed the grandparents some quite space away from the hubbub. The kitchenette equipped with dishwasher was much appreciated for cups and glasses though we did not cook. Nespresso capsules and teabags were plentifully supplied. 1 of the terraces is a lovely sun trap to sit in for coffee in the morning and the bigger shaded terrace is a great spot for afternoon tea break after a day of sightseeing. The jacuzzi is a fun way to relax.
Very quiet side street yet literally minutes away from everything in the old city.
Not much only the space in the shower and sink in the upstairs toilet is quite small so water does get splashed about unavoidably. We come from a shoe free home so would have appreciated a more thorough vacuum/mop of the floor occasionally during our weeks stay.

Cleanliness. Very satisfied with reception staff explaining everything and responding to requests.
Safety locker and TV was not working but the reception staff gave us Netflix access.

I liked the location a lot. I stayed in the palace first then went here and i wish i just stayed here for the entire duration of my trip because it was much quieter yet still so close to everything. I also liked that the hotel has everything you need: slippers, beach towels, umbrellas etc. That was very convenient
There were a lot of flies that looked like fruit flies in the bathroom. I also felt like there were bedbugs! I kept waking up feeling that i was being bitten and when i finally woke up i had a couple bite marks on my legs
