The place itself was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was an absolute must. Everything that could be needed for a nice, comfortable stay was there. The location was also great, can be accessed through multiple buses and has multiple restaurants and super shops around.
The check-in was a bit hectic, as you have to call and there is no one in the premises; but that was also taken care of very nicely in the end. The people were very nice. Since the payment is in cash, I forgot to take that amount of money but they were very flexible regarding that.
The building having more lights around in the night would be a bit better. Not a must, but it would feel safer.

The location and the price
Not clean !!! No facilities !!!!! A very small sink in the bathroom and no towel holders !!! Two electrical sockets weren’t properly installed ( hanging) .

- Perfect location near bus stop, supermarkets and nearest beach with great promenade
- Nice host
- Lot of noise of vehicles, that other guests parked just behind our door,
so we could not use the terrace
- We could hear everything from our neighbours room
- No cleaning, towels and bed changing or garbage removal during 10 days
- No fridge

Disappointing
Location more or less near the beach, but it is not center - 25 minutes walk, sometimes up hill to the center. The sheets and towel were clean but otherwise it was not spotless. The owner is sending his poor elderly mother who barely speaks English to solve all the issues. She is sweet but cant help much and he doesnt show up.
They gave us completely different room. It is not shown on any of the pictures on booking. It was in the basement, it was not cleaned properly, the floor was dirty. There were big ants. It was dark, there was a little terrace filled with rugs, and mops and other stuff from the owner. We shared this terrace by separator with some elderly man who kept smoking there and trying to talk to us so we didnt use it anyways. The owner is sending his poor elderly mother who barely speaks English to solve all the issues. She is sweet but cant help much and he doesnt show up. So no contact with the owner if you need him. And all of this for 120 euros/2 nights, seems like a joke. I do not recommend.

They were really nice with us. They were really helpful, kind and made our stay really comfortable. The location is perfect since it’s only a 20 min walk from the center and a 4 min walk to the nearest beach. It’s definitely really good value for the cheap price

Repeat stay - I chose it as its affordable. convenient and very close to my business need + I found time to relax on the nearby Trstenik beach along with evening walk in the downtown around Dioclatian palace, ferry port area and night swimming on the Bačvice beach - yet I was there on business. Great konoba (Dalmatian/Balkans general cuisine) in front of it. Rooms are very clean, tidy and well maintained.
Well I cant remember anything was wrong.
