Perfect location. Close to the actions but quiet.
Clean room. We were stayed a in room with no views but still comfortable. My friends stayed in a room facing the street but soundproof was good.
Staff was very helpful and will definitely return because of her (apologies I forgot her name..)

We loved the modern minimal feel of Villa Scalaria which was ideally placed for us to walk to the modern promenade and the amazing Diocletian palace. The room was spotless and also very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Julia was lovely, very attentive and helpful, giving us a map explaining how to get to the places we wanted to visit. She also arranged our airport transfers which were both pleasant experiences. Many thanks for everything Julia.
There were no negatives - we loved our stay and would choose the same accommodation again.

A very spacious apartment that was in reality as beautiful as shown online. My wife and I were accompanied by our adult son and the apartment with two bedrooms (one open) and two toilets (!) and a living/dining area together with a kitchenette provided excellent comfort and privacy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent in an older part of the town across the street from a sea promenade along Split's famous "riva" and close to Diocletian's palace. Nearby steps lead up to the city's park Marjan and adjacent beaches which provide fine opportunities for light exercise and walks in fragrant pine woods with great views of the Split peninsula and bay from the top of the hill. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. The apartment was surprisingly quiet which is not easy to find in that beautiful but very noisy city.
The thermostat interface gave us some difficulties the first night but we learned with the help of the staff and the AC served us well throughout the stay. Written instructions in the apartment would be helpful.

Very nice hotel clean and spacious rooms the host is very helpful and accommodating person.
Not easy to find the hotel you will get lost for the first time.

Room was lovely, bed very comfortable and bedding excellent.
No directions were given as to the location. Even a brief sentence on the check in process or booking confirmation to let you know the entrance location is a gate at the back side - top of a parking structure!! This would have saved us an hour struggling to find the place!

Super place to stay in Split with extremely friendly staff. The location of the accomondation is very good and only a few minuts of walking to the centre of the city. We could leave our car in a parking garage, even the whole day when we checked out.
The only thing that was negative was the bright exit-sign light at night:-)

Julija is a fantastic host, despite our early arrival we were able to occupy our room and she gave us good advice on local restaurants. On the evening of our departure we were given the opportunity for a quick refreshment, thanks to the host for her flexible approach and guest-centric attitude. :-)

Friendly, helpful staff. Well appointed good sized room. Modern. Bed was very comfortable! Location great - close walk to old town, port and on the Marjan Hill Stairs (fabulous view from the top!)
