Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of town centre. Very modern with lots of facilities. Very varied breakfast selection.
There wasn't really anyone behind the bar but eventually got drinks. They were a bit more expensive than thought they would be. So tended not to drink on the premises.

The staff were not friendly mainly the lady receptionist who received us. Low sheets are not up the 5 stars category!

The bed comfortable and I like the Spa area except they allow children, which is odd. People are trying to relax and children are running up and down the halls yelling. When I told the staff, she was also not friendly and said, I dont think theyre being that loud.
Really, really poor Internet. One of the worst download speeds of anywhere Ive been in the entire world. The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. When I called to see about getting the issue resolved, the front desk gentleman told me I should probably find someplace else to stay. I asked for the manager to call me and nobody ever outreach to me. The breakfast was really gross. This is not a 5 star hotel whatsoever
