Price, reception staff were helpful
Carpets felt very old and had not been changed for years, bathroom was not particularly clean with hairs everywhere, location felt quite run down, 15 minute walk from the centre

Wonderful
Location is really good, the old town is a few minutes walk and the seaside just behind that. It seemed very safe to leave the car outside. All the staff from receptionists to room cleaners were very polite and nice. Everything was communicated clearly in advance. Breakfast food variety was pretty solid.
I wished for a little more comfort in the 3-bed room, but there's not much that can be done to that end. It was a bit pricey too, but overall it fit the bill.

The staff were awesome! Very kind, knowledgeable, hospitable, and lovely! The breakfast is excellent.
The location of the hotel is a little far from city center - approximately 15 minute walk from city center.
