The morning staff were wonderful.
I didn't see in the information that the hotel has no elevator & no rooms on the ground floor. Two of our friends ended up staying at another hotel because the stairs were so difficult & no one there to help with their luggage (our uber driver helped with our luggage). The room rates are high, due to their great location, but there are many hotels within a short walking distance that have larger comfy rooms and breakfast included.

Quaint, in old town, fantastic location. Helpful staff. They also helped us book our 4 am transport to the airport.
No elevator, not a ding, but beware that you need to carry your own luggage potentially up four flights of stairs.

The hotel was in the historical center, so it was easy to access restaurants. The room was clean, but a bit small. The staff were very nice. It was a good value.

Perfect location. Just two steps away from Peristyle (central open square of the palace). Also very close to the bus terminal, supermarkets, local markets and piers. The breakfast is excellent: not a buffet, but freshly prepared, delicious, and served in generous portions. Room is comfortable. Highly recommended.
There's no elevator, so you will need to carry your luggage upstairs. The Wi-Fi connection can also be a bit slow at times.

Excellent staff and location. Rooms were clean and comfortable, AC was wonderful, breakfast was perfect in taste and portion. Stayed one night and would go back when in Split.
Initially hard to find, but then once there, you realize it’s a perfect location.

Very comfortable bed and attentive staff. Full restaurant where we ate most of our meals. I strongly suggest the spaghetti.
It is located inside Old Town. The Hotel is actually part of the city wall.
Took a while for the air conditioning to cool
room, but kept room cool once it got there.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was fine. Staff seemed a little abrupt for people in the hospitality business.
No elevator, so we wound up lugging our bags up 4 flights of stairs. Not ideal. And they can't do anything about it because it's an historic property. But they certainly could mention that in the booking process.

We had a very very early flight out the day of our departure. The host was up and made us coffee before the restaurant was open. And much to our surprise, the staff had made us a packed lunch as well. So appreciated!
