Nice decor, decent shower. Air conditioning was very good. Nice terrace for sitting in the sun
Wifi wasn't working for half of our stay. Bed was very creaky and the towels were a bit on the hard side. Not much of a view out of the window.

Great location! Lydija is a friendly, attentive host and the property was ideal for our stay in Split. As a family of four we booked both rooms and it was great as we had plenty of space to ourselves. Comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, power shower with plenty of hot water etc.

Nice and cozy room with excellent location. Lovely roof terrace was a huge plus! Tidy bathroom. Neighbourhood feeled safe and peaceful and was close to center and restaurants etc.. We will recommend!
As couple, there are seperate beds. First time place was bit hard to find, cause there was not any sign of accommodation.

The room was massive and came with a mini fridge, a TV with some English channels, a wardrobe and a fully modernised toilet. You get access to a shared terrace seating area and well as a shared lounge room at the entrance of the house. It is situated within short walking distance of the old town so you're in a quiet area but also bang in the middle of all the action if you want to be. There's also a fully functioning AC if you want to escape the heat, and blinds on the windows so you can sleep in in the summer.
There are two rooms in the property so you can hear their conversations as well as smell the smoke if they're using the shared outdoor spaces. I also found it a bit pricey for what it was. We stayed in city centre rooms/apartments that cost this much for 2-3 days.

The room was nice. Decent size room and bathroom. Effective air conditioning. Nice outdoor area.
It is one room in a small two room house. The kitchen is very small and shared with the other room. Because it is a small shared house, I was hyperaware of the guest/s in the other room. I felt that having to be conscious of the other guest/s reduced my pleasure of the room. The shower is provisioned by a very small water heater in the bathroom and it runs out of hot water after a few minutes. The bed was not very comfortable. The room does not have proper curtains. It is about a five minute walk to the old town and about 20 minutes to Bacvice Beach.
