The staff brought me a birthday dessert within the hour that I arrived, which was lovely and very appreciated. The room was mostly clean and very quiet.
I booked a seaside room but I did not have a seaside view. There was a weird stain on the carpet. Other than that, it was very comfortable, and a decent stay.

The rooftop area, with pool and bar, was fantastic, as was the indoor spa
The lower floor rooms (even those sold as seaview) overlook a noisy, unattractive building site. The lovely reception team did move us up to a higher floor though, where we had a great view of the harbour

Great breakfast, comfortable rooms and really nice spa facilities.
We decided to stay at Marvie as it was our honeymoon. It was a lot more than we would normally spend on a hotel but we decided to go for it as it was a special occasion. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed by our stay. When we arrived there were stains on the floor, and the view from our room was of a hospital opposite. We tried to use the swimming pool and hot tub a couple of times to make the most of our stay, but each time there were children repeatedly jumping in and it wasnt a very relaxing space! Its also a 25 minute walk to Old Town, which meant a very early start for our tours whilst in Split.

Modern building and rooms and dining room.
Location much further out of Split than anticipated. Long walk along beach not easy to do and takes 40 minutes. Street walk busy but quicker. Taxis back expensive. Building apartment block opposite, so noisy (May 2024). Pool dirty on arrival and sunbeds all chained up. Only out out on our last day. Rooftop bar didnt open once. Season in z Croatia seems to only get in full swing end May. Not many restaurants nearby. Couple in small marina.

As a regular guest of the hotel since 2017, I enjoy visiting several times a year. Superior sea view room with balcony is my choice for vacation. Excellent hotel location, parking garage, with friendly staff. This time I want to highlight the kind lady Irena from the reception. The exceptional cleanliness and comfort of the bedding and bed with a view of the sea is perfection. Breakfast has a lot of choices and the food is very fresh and with a lot of fruit choices. They are excellent espresso coffee machines. This time there was no crowd and we enjoyed the Renevie wellness center, and the sunny weather made it possible to swim in the outdoor pool on the sixth floor of the hotel.

We arrived late and the staff still served us food at the bar. Excellent location 15 minute walk from old town but still close to the beach couple of minutes walk and nice restaurants around. Amazing spa and really good massages Food in the restaurant also very good Would definitely come back and so glad we stayed here out of the busy centre

The guy at reception was very friendly and they upgraded us to our room at no additional cost, with a balcony and incredible views of the sea. The wellness/spa area is very nice with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to choose from. There are also fantastic views from the rooftop pool area.

Five minutes from the beach, 20 minutes walk into central Split. Spa was lovely and the buffet breakfast good too. The panoramic views towards Brac and Hvar from our 3rd floor suite were amazing. Pizza, Gelato, Best Sushi and Croatian restaurants within 5 minutes walk .
Building site across the road was very noisy and dusty.
