Bed was excellent - super comfortable. Also the shower was very nice. Staff very professional and helpful.

Swimming pool and Spa were great. We were also able to use them on our flight day after we checked out which was really good. All the staff were helpful and we had no problems at all.
Very minor issue: no decaffeinated coffee at breakfast station, although staff made one when asked.

The breakfast was very enjoyable, with a wide variety of food that suited everyone’s taste. The fresh oranges were especially delicious and a real highlight for us. Everything we needed to start the day was well prepared and satisfying. The pool area was pleasant, and the view was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though they could have been a little cleaner. The daily cleaning service, however, was good and kept things in order. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.
The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. One of the coffee machines at breakfast was often out of order, which caused some chaos and long waiting times for coffee.

Rooftop pool was amazing and wellness facilities were good. Breakfast was very good. It was close to beaches.
The Hotel looks new but maintenance is kind of poor. The bath cabin door in our room leaked water while taking bath. I talked to the receptionist, a person came, changed the rubber thing under the door but it did not help. So, there was humidity smell in the bathroom because apparently air ventilation was not working well and the leaked water was not evaporating. And, once the running water stopped for almost 8 hours since the early morning because pipeline nearby was exploded or something.

Very Good staff; nice but small rooftop pool; not for swimming in (it’s very shallow); good breakfast; decent restaurant; decent location (20-25 mins walk to the old town).
Our washroom was an issue: very low water pressure in the shower; mild, persistent sewer smell, washroom door did not close; small amount of black mold in the shower corners.

The balcony of our room was amazing as it gave us a panoramic view of the Sea!
The rooftop pol and bar were fantastic! Perfect for the hot days of our stay.
The all you could eat breakfast had so many options and was delicious every day!
The staff was friendly and very helpful especially IRENA B. who worked the front desk!!!! She was always upbeat and went out of her way to make us feel special and help us with anything and everything we needed!
The Spa staff was great and we took advantage by booking several treatments.

Nice spa and spacious room
Location was not the best. Receptionists were not very friendly, and I tried to leave one day before because of a change in my flight and would not be willing to reimburse night and informed about situation at check-in. Too expensive for what it offered. They charged for parking.

We got a free upgrade to a room with balcony. The view was really incredible. The staff was super cute. The breakfast has a great variety. We also really enjoyed the spa area with the pool and the relaxing room. The Hotel is only a good walk on the beach away from the city center.
