Wonderful
Very clean, modern room, quick and easy check in and check out. Our room was located on the ground floor but I cant complain as it was a short stay and we got access to the patio so no issues there. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, close to the beach, supermarkets and some restaurants. Its just 15min walk from the center.
I personally was missing a pan in the kitchen but thats the only thing, again it was a short stay so we were not cooking much but for a longer stay it would be good to get a frying pan and some more utensils.

Very clean and tidy. Ideal for 1 or 2 nights.
Very helpful host.
Was a bit of a long walk, mainly up hill, from town. You need to be able to ring the host when you get there so make sure you can make international calls

Our room was really spacious and the bed was super comfy. Our host was lovely and helped with all our queries. The apartment is only a 10 min walk to Bacvice beach and a 15/20 min walk to the old town, so the location is really decent.
The wifi only worked some days but when it did it was good.

The property was well priced and close to everything we wanted to see (10 minutes walk). Grocer is within a 5 minute walk.
AC was working but we could not figure out how to get it to go below 24C. The remote said it was 20C but the temp did not change.

Location was a very quick walk to the beach, and only a 15-20 min walk from the centre of Split. Great air conditioning, towels were provided and kitchens were well facilitated. Beds were comfortable, and check in and check out was very easy- would highly recommend this property
One of the nights we were making very little noise when we received banging on the walls from next door shouting at us to be quiet. It was only 10pm when a man came to the front door and shouted and swore at us to be quiet- as a group of young girls this was not a pleasant experience. I dont know whether it was the owner or another guest.

Spacious, great location, very clean, sweet kind host. Nice little courtyard. Fresh linens.
There was a musty smell in one apartment, but the other was lovely and fresh. Everything was really good otherwise.

Friendly host available through the whole stay. Old town, railway station, harbor and beach are in walking distance. The neighborhood is tidy, quiet.

Good location with beach and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Comfortable and spacious apartment with garden facilities and free private parking. Air conditioner worked perfectly.
Additional kitchen equipment would have been nice, to prepare the meals. Other than that, great experience.
