Apartment was very clean, well equipped with all you need for your stay. Very friendly and helpful host. All in walking distance: beach, grocery store and city center. Highly recommend ?

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split! The room was spotless, and the cleanliness made it a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. The host was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions.
The location is perfect, just a short walk to Old Town, where you can find plenty of restaurants and historical sites. The beaches are also easily accessible by foot, making it convenient to enjoy both the city and the sea.
Parking is available right outside the property, which is a huge plus if you're traveling by car. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split!

It was clean and good location , close to beaches and center
The room is not an apartment or studio. It’s just a room with bathroom and a small kitchenette. The owner mentioned you’re not supposed to cook complex things like bacon,no pan . there is no ventilation in the kitchenette. There is an electric stove though.

Value apartment close to the best beach in Split. Car parking was easy. Cheap 5 Euro Uber ride to Old Town
We had to stagger showers to avoid running out of hot water. Air conditioner was only in the living room so bedrooms were warmer.

Friendly welcome. Good location for easy walk to beach and Split. Very clean. Good parking. Excellent WiFi. It was good for short stop. .
Apartment was dated with very basic furniture and clutter.... Pictures did not reflect our 2 bed apartment. It appears from photos that other apartments have been improved and hopefully this one will be next.

Wonderful
Very clean, modern room, quick and easy check in and check out. Our room was located on the ground floor but I can’t complain as it was a short stay and we got access to the patio so no issues there. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, close to the beach, supermarkets and some restaurants. It’s just 15min walk from the center.
I personally was missing a pan in the kitchen but that’s the only thing, again it was a short stay so we were not cooking much but for a longer stay it would be good to get a frying pan and some more utensils.

Very helpful host.
Was a bit of a long walk, mainly up hill, from town. You need to be able to ring the host when you get there so make sure you can make international calls

Our room was really spacious and the bed was super comfy. Our host was lovely and helped with all our queries. The apartment is only a 10 min walk to Bacvice beach and a 15/20 min walk to the old town, so the location is really decent.
The wifi only worked some days but when it did it was good.

The property was well priced and close to everything we wanted to see (10 minutes walk). Grocer is within a 5 minute walk.
AC was working but we could not figure out how to get it to go below 24°C. The remote said it was 20°C but the temp did not change.
