Amazing breakfast. Everything was fresh, and the omelettes were delicious. Friendly and helpful staff, let us check in early as room ready. Large comfortable room, great Aircon. Ate in the restaurant twice, recommend the chicken in gorgonzola sauce. Very reasonable price. This place is great value and I'd highly recommend.
Would have liked a kettle and tea and coffee in room, but that's just a personal thing.

It was modern, very clean, good a/c, good WiFi and good location. Just cross the street and take the #8 bus and 4 (or maybe 3) stops later you are in the old town area. Leave your car parked at the hotel. Save yourself a headache looking for parking in the old town. We were also allowed to check in early. Breakfast was bountiful!

Booked last minute and it was just what I needed. Clean, big room and a big bathroom. The wifi was great, as was the free breakfast. The staff were very friendly, it was just tricky to find someone at check in.
It can be a little noisy from the road at night.

Excellent place. Excellent breakfast, great selection of food. Parking was great. Only a 22 minute walk to the start of the riviera. Room was spacious and one of the best showers ever in Croatia.
Pillows were so-so. Wish it was closer to the old town.

Our stay at Hotel Palma Rooms was truly splendid. The breakfast spread was delightful and the lady in charge deserves special praise for her exemplary service. The room was generously sized, and the bonus of having two bathrooms was a pleasant surprise. While the location isn't exactly at Split's main "trg", it's just a 10-minute walk, making it conveniently close. In sum, everything at Hotel Palma Rooms was superlative, marrying comfort with accessibility. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and it was convenient for walking into Split old town.
The noise from the dual carriageway next to us, which I could hear all night.
The shower was blocked, so it filled up with water very quickly.

The rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were attentive to ensure that we were comfortable. The restaurant under the hotel owned by the same owners was very good especially the seefood and it was value for money.

Small family style hotel with spacious rooms and great service. The double room had two bathrooms and was bright and new. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast with fresh fruits and omelettes. We stayed for three nights and had dinner at the restaurant two times and loved it.
