Very modern property with a beautiful view. Very homely which the host excels at making you feel comfortable throughout your stay. Walkable distance to the beach with restaurants, bars, bakerys and supermarkets and the local shop is within 2 minutes walk itself. Wi-Fi is brilliant, Speedtest recorded 200mbps download. Bonus TV has all the channels! Very clean property with spare sheets, towels etc. If you dont want to rent a car (which I recommend you do to see Croatia in all its glory since its so cheap to rent a car) the bus stop is very near by. You have the entire garden to enjoy. Host was great with my 7 month old son and property came with travel cot with premium mattress and sheets.
Nothing, I couldnt find one negative aspect of this property.

the host family was so sweet. they made us some traditional Croatian dessert for Easter, and walked us to a nearby store to grab some groceries. highly recommend!

Spatious and clean apartment with multiple rooms (can accomodate 7-8 persons easily), lots of towels in toalet, wide parking, hospitable host, child friendly, no smoking, privacy, has all apliances, modern and new furniture/look, outside patio (bunnies included), quiet area, short car trip to Stobre beach.
Somewhat narrow and hilly roads to place (tip: dont use shortest but fastest route in navigation), too big pillows in beds, outside hallway light, parking is not paved (gravel).

The host is superb. Our big family (5 kids) had a great vacation in the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor with an outside space where kids could play and we could have meals. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment does not get too hot, we haven't needed to turned on the AC. The wifi might be a bit slow for todays standards, but this wasn't an issue for us. The nearest beach is about 1km away in Stobre (camp beach) with sand bed in the sea and shallow which is good for kids, but our favourite beach in Split is Kajuni. I can surely recommend this apartment and Split in general! Thank you for a great vacation!
