Great location and room, very spacious and friendly staff! Really recommend it and I would definitely go back! Very clean as well, we had the triple room which was perfect and plenty of room for three of us!

The rooms are massive, beds really comfortable and having the tea and coffee facility outside the rooms was handy. Location was ideal - quiet area but 2 min walk into the hectic old town.
I had contacted the whatsapp I was told to at check in to arrange a transfer to the airport but there was no answer. Luckily, the lady who was getting rooms ready helped me find a taxi - but I was a bit anxious as it was last minute.

Rooms all seemed newly refurbished & very clean with good facilities. Very good communication throughout & the staff were kind enough to wait for us in a late check in.

Bianca, the lady who checked us in was very nice . We loved the location, just outside the old town of Split. Easy to drop you off and pick you up. They have a local grocery store right outside the building, so convenient .Prima had very comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower is big, pressure in the shower very good. All outside doors have combination number to get in ....I liked that. Location of our room was very quite. Our room was clean , AC was working well.
It was very hard to find this location. The sign w the name of the Prima should be bigger or at least explained to the costumer in the email more. You need to have a phone to communicate , use what's up. It would be nice to have a couple of water included for the 1 st day. View from the window was just the back of the buildings, no view of the town at all. Looks like this place was renovated but needs some corner wall repair and the window's frames needs some work . The soap bars were so small we needed additional bars almost every day. No elevators there so be ready to carry your bags with you. Rooms are on the second floor. Very hard to find places to park a car. Don't rent....walk, use uber or buses. The hairdryer has no option to stay on unless you're pushing the button non stop. There was no option for breakfasts....too complicated. Photos with food and wine bottles in the rooms are deceiving, there should be removed. Prima does not offer wine or food in the rooms.

This place was great! I had just come into Croatia from a long overseas flight and was in Split for a quick night before my sailing tour. The host arranged for an airport pickup and the driver was waiting for me at the airport when I arrived. Price was also good (reasonable and great service). Host was lovely and bathroom was clean and large.
FYI, The room was only a bed/bathroom like a hotel, no in-suite kitchen bar but was provided in hallway where I was able to make a cup of tea.

Was clean with good facilities. Room was a reasonable size.
Also great location. Right next to the old city. Close enough to walk (really close) but just outside so easier to be dropped off. No pulling bags through the cobblestone streets.
Staff were lovely.

Clean, super friendly receptionist, comfortable bed. The Rooms are located near the city center which makes it perfect to take a walk around the city.
The bathroom was big and clean as well.
Due to its nature being apartments in a regular house, the rooms were all connected through a corridor where the receptionist was located, it felt more like renting a single room in a flat that we share with several other guests. It was ok and I understand that there is no other option.
