The room was spacious and clean.
I did not like the feeling of renting a room within a medical center. Also the main entrance and the lift was not clean and especially at night it was quite dark.. The breakfast offer was basic...

Smoke smell on the towel, the kids bed with a moody smell. The location is very stranger, together with commercial services.

Nice big room. Good price this time of year. No green washing as this place does not pretend to be anything environmental friendly
Way too hot. Why leave the heating on 24 7 at 23 Celsius? Why use an extra card in the energy main switch to bypass any energy saving?
It was really off season with big renovations going on. So should become even better. But beware. The med clinic is ever present. The feeling is more and more of a hospital. And please use one price offer for a taxi service. Do not change the price in every message.

We rented a room for one night, wanted to have a romantic evening in honor of the anniversary, so the personal jacuzzi was a priority! Having checked into the room, we discovered that the jacuzzi did not work (out of 15 micro-nozzles, only 2 were functioning). After calling the manager, he contacted the maids and they tried to fix it. As a result, 4 nozzles started working instead of 15, and they said that everything was working. We began to insist that they change our room, to which they replied that all the rooms were occupied. As compensation, they allowed us to use the mini-bar. But water and wine did not replace the jacuzzi for us! The evening was ruined!

Big cosy, nice and warm room
Noise from the big road next to place.
I was asked for room with jacuzzi and get confirmation via email and that was reason why I booked this acoomodation but when I arrived I've been told no jacuzzi.
Was party next room to mine and it started at 10PM and It was all night long also at 7AM still was on.
I get phone number in a case that I need anything during night when I call staff nobody respond.

I was 2 years ago and this apartments was ok.
But now...
Parking is terrible and it's need to be free. You can't come with normal car, just with SUV or Jeep. Unsafe! Terrible.
Internet was out of use. One password on reception, another in the room. And it was out of use. I am really disappointed.

Extremely dirty they didn’t even care to empty the trash can. There was loud construction working next to our door since 8 am in the morning — when I contacted the reception they were super arrogant. Stay away!

The staff was very kind and accommodating with our late arrival (past 9pm) and set up everything for self check in. Cozy and wide room with everything we needed, warm and quiet.
Recommended!
The parking situation is "wild" in the area (unpaved), all around the hotel's parking lot, which you have to book as extra. ?

Housekeeping ladies were very friendly and helpful.
They filled in the gap for maintenance
The door had multiple problems.
No microwave
Comfortable seating other than the beds
Not very clean grout in the shower.

Paying 15€ extra for an insecure parking and ending up being stuck by a delivery truck for 20min and missed the ferry because of it.
