Spa was great, the view from the room was lovely and the staff were friendly and professional
bedroom decor was a bit tired, bathroom needs grouting and the carpet looked a bit worn, the bed though was very comfortable

Nice spa, cute balcony area, brought wine and fruit platter as celebration getaway , clean , spacious rooms , great breakfast
Beach club not part of it yet used for marketing purposes everywhere so a slight scam, deck chairs not regulated at the beach , have to have key to get in up the stairs which caused annoyance to always keep with you

Location, cleanliness, beach bar, breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful.
Overpriced (over 20 for G&T). Some pool staff not particularly experienced or customer friendly!

Originally they put us in the old wing but we asked to change rooms as this room was old, musky and very dated. The staff were lovely and very accommodating! It definitely isnt worth 400 a night or the 5 stars that it claims to be!!! We were moved to the new part and WOW what a difference! The new room was worth the money and closer to a 5star but still not a 5star!
The breakfast was ok but yet again, not 5star!
The old wing!! Our flight was delayed so we got to the hotel later than expected. We were gutted to find out there was no room service beyond 11pm!!
