Located right on the south wall of Diocletian’s Palace and integrated in the Medieval Venetian Castle, Riva Luxury Suites offers luxurious and modern accommodations featuring authentic 4th and 15th-century walls, as well as spectacular south facing views of Split Bay. This is an amazing place to stay: accommodations, staff, and location. It was centrally located with a beautiful view over the water and the rooftop deck was just the best. We hosted some friends up there and Sime gave us some additional glasses and wine for the event. The support staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. This was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed while traveling across the globe. And, the included breakfast was something we looked forward to after our first breakfast, just yummy!. You will not be dissatisfied.

Excellent location amazing balcony very comfortable suite, great host in Sime nothing was any bother to him organized taxi to and from airport for us, lovely breakfast available nearby 10/10 for this residence and host.

The views of the riviera and promenade from the exclusive balcony is alone worth the price of the stay. The management support was top notch with excellence communication on things to see, things to do, but also any support needed with the apartment. Tastefully furnished with all modern amenities, this apartment is a gem!

The breakfast was served in the nearby restaurant, and it was amazing! Delicious coffee, fresh juice and tasty eggs/bread/anything you want ! The location is so top! In the heart of Old town and with the direct sea view from own balcony. Cleaning was made every day. The apartment is spacious, you have everything you need inside - washing machine, drying machine, two bathrooms, coffee machine etc. Definitely coming here again!

One of the nicest places we have stayed recently, huge living/dining area, superior views of Riva/water from unit and terrace, nicely decorated, easy access to sights, beaches and park. Wall of glass doors opens to breeze, sunset, boats and fills the place with light. Roko is attentive and full of helpful info. The two restaurants that are breakfast options are perfect, with fantastic full breakfast choices, one has outdoor dining on the Riva if you prefer. You cannot go wrong here.

Apartment is beautiful - open, airy, bright, clean - exceeded expectations! Wonderful balcony with bi-fold doors, whole length of the apartment, overlooking Riva with bustling restaurants underneath. Host was lovely and met us at the street and showed us to the apartment and helped with the suitcases, plus gave useful information to navigate Split. Massive amount of floor space and we comfortably stayed with 3 people using the sofa bed.
Unfortunately the open air rooftop nightclub just down the road on the main harbour front plays very loud dance music until the early hours each night! It does completely drown out any peaceful sounds at night anywhere you are along the waterfront!

Location couldn’t have been better. Breakfasts at Brasserie 07 were great. Wait staff were excellent. Liked having a refrigerator. Coffee maker and coffee was very good.
Toilet had slow leak so we could hear the valve frequently topping-off the tank. Taking a shower resulted in quite a bit of water on the floor. We quicky learned how to place a towel on the floor to catch the water. Toilet compartment not very sound-proof.

Full service meet up and super helpful with bags. Roko was amazing and super welcoming! He was the best host ever! He also gave us a thorough and super helpful introduction to the city and sights nearby. Super helpful and responsive all the time - leading up to and during our stay. We would definitely stay again

Very welcoming and helpful host Roko. Fantastic location, really nice spacious apartment with everything you need. Great balcony, bifold doors and view. Excellent arrangement with two local restaurants for really fab breakfast. Up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, and Roko helped with our bags.
