The gentleman that ran the location was incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and it was great to have it right in our room. Everything seemed brand new/ refurbished so it was very clean and comfortable. The location was also good because it was an easy few-minute walk into the complex of Diocletian's Palace.
Initially, the address was hard to find because it seemed to be tucked in an alley that felt a bit sketchy/ unsafe, but once we found it and got settled in, everything was fine.

Beautifully renovated, clean room and washroom. Elegant and very comfortable. Quite spacious compared to similar rooms in Europe. Nice breakfast. Within minutes to the historic centre, yet located on a peaceful street so quiet at night for a restful sleep. Highly recommended.

These rooms are in a quiet street but very close to all of the attractions of Split. They are spacious, well-designed and have extensive views over parts of Split and to the sea. You could not find better managed accommodation. The manager was remarkable: he gave every assistance you might want. Breakfast was served in the room, and had everything you could hope for before setting off on walks in and around the historic old city area.
I liked everything about the property and my visit to Split. There was nothing to dislike.

It is up 3 stories and no elevator - a problem for my mother I was traveling with. Also, cash only facility, which I did not see on the website at all.

Bright room with very comfortable bed. Very quiet location just a few minutes walk from old city. Host was very helpful and stored our bags until our evening flight.
Rooms on 3rd floor. No coffee tea making facility in the room.

The location of the property is amazing! It was just a 5 minute walk away from all major spots in the city centre. The hosts were very very helpful and made us feel very comfortable.
The rooms are located in an old building and can catch you offguard initially, but the location and the staff make sure to help you with your luggage and the rooms are well kept, modern and comfortable!

At first we were surprised that this accomodation is actually inside of a big building on the 4th floor (only stairs, no elevator), as part of an appartment complex, but this was actually very close to the city center, easy to find and very quiet. We had no noise from neighbors and the breakfast was brought every morning to our door on the hour of our choice, which was agreed upon with the owner the night before. Even when we had to leave very early on a boattrip, breakfast was delivered on time at 6.30 in the morning. We also booked the transfer from and to the airport with the owner, which was really helpful and not so expensive! Our stay was very pleasant!
There is no elevator to get to the room, but for us this was not an issue and the owner carried our bags to our room. Personally for me, I missed some natural daylight in our room, as the room was pretty dark on our side, the other rooms seemed to have more light and windows without wooden shutters.

The location is exceptional, we haven't had a car and everything is in the 10 min walking range. The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet given the old town is in the vicinity. The airport bus line is 10 min away, mostly flat for walking.
The hosts are very kind and accommodating. You are having your breakfast in your room, whenever you ask the day before. The premises are exceptionally clean.
3 flights of stairs...and no elevator...not a dealbreaker for us...but anyone with a disability that prevents using the stairs should pay attention when planning accommodations.

The location is very good, 5 minutes from the old town. The facilities are adequate. The room was very clean and the staff was attentive.
I was quite hard to find the place. Google maps is nos super accurate. The shower is rather small.
