So much better than I ever expected. The owners have spared no expense and have thought of everything. There are umbrellas in the hallway, the plugs do not require American adapters, there is a sleep machine, although when doesnt need it because the rooms are so quiet, security and the location cant be beat. Its the only hotel in Europethat I didnt have to lug a suitcase long distance over a cobblestone Street yet it was a stone throw away from her exactly I wanted to be

Exceptional customer service from contacting what time of arrival . To personalised meet and greet showing and explaining where everything else in the room. Comfortable bed and shower was amazing . Room had everything needed including free films to watch before bed.
Breakfast vouchers are easy to use and find outside the hotel at a lovely bistro .
Nothing just a minor curtain problem but reported this when I checked out so hopefully this fixed.

Wonderful
Great location for walking to restaurants and Diocletian's Palace. The room has very good windows to keep it quiet though it is on a busy street and noisy when the windows are open. The room is beautiful, large and has a very comfortable bathroom. NIce desk and big closet. The safe was a good bonus.
The throw rugs in the main room were dirty and so was the coverlet on the chair.

Great location for restaurants and tourism. Split IA a beautiful city. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, respectful and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is located close to the Diocletian's Palace. It is a nice, clean and spacious bedroom. The good thing is that the taxi can leave you in front of the hotel

Being one block from the Golden gate, but in a quiet space was very nice. The room and the bed were comfortable and very friendly staff

Very Good
The room was very comfortable, everything worked well, good shower! It was really great that the student market was right next door; we could easily get snacks and breakfast fare and keep them in the fridge in the room.
when we first arrived from overseas trip, no one was at the office for check in. They arrived shortly, but a note on the door or something would have prevented us from panicking!

Well positioned and yet very quiet!
I really liked the property so my comment is actually about the breakfast voucher. The restaurant did not open for breakfast until 9am which may have changed from 8am for off-season. I had to go somewhere else so I would miss my tour.

The location was great. The accommodation was booked for 3 adults but was too small to accommodate 3 adults. The Management and staff quickly arranged an additional room at a discounted price to assist which was much appreciated. Supermarket next door was handy.
Just because a room can sleep 3 adults, doesn't mean they will fit. The room I booked was never going to be able to accommodate 3 adults and luggage.

This hotel is in a great location , the rooms are pretty spacious, beds very comfortable and bathrooms nice with large shower . The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay ! I would definitely recommend!!

The place was in a great location, less than 5 min far away of one of the entrances to the Old Old town. Staff was very helpful at every time and provided us with useful information. Beds were very confy and clean was spotless.
