We were an hour delayed to check-in and they forced us to pay a punishment 50 fee! The pool water temperature was very low, it is written that the pool is heated, but it was not! We could not use the little pool at all!

The apartment was exactly what we hoped it would be, it gave us a comfortable space to live exactly how we wanted for a few days, we had a beautiful bedroom that had a small terrace and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and coffee machine as well as access to a washing machine so we could keep on top of the washing. There was a wonderful terrace in the lounge with a table and chairs overlooking a beautiful view. The communal pool was also brilliant as it was pretty quiet so we mostly got it to ourselves.
Some things in the apartment were very fragile such as white leather surfaces in the bedroom, mirrored drawers and glass surfaces. This wasnt really a problem but I did feel worried about using any of these surfaces even though it made the apartment beautiful!

This accommodation is immaculately kept and the staff take pride in keeping it that way. The apartment has everything you need. The pool is a real asset. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Beautiful villa and pool, nice staff, good location - clean and easy to find!
When we arrived, they asked if we wanted to pay less for our stay, and tell booking.com that we didn't arrive and that if they contacted us we had to ignore them. Found this very annoying, and then they charged us for an apparent "free transfer" from the airport - they were doing it to everyone as well!

The apartment was roomy, well equipped and clean. The manager in Croatia was helpful. The location was good, it would be handy exploring in a car. It is also an easy walk to the village, which has good bakeries and restaurants. Also easy to take a bus into Split.
Swimming pool area was small and often over shadowed. Pool is small. The worst part of this accommodation for us, was that we had paid in advance through Booking.com but an additional payment for a higher amount was taken manually from our credit card. It was difficult to sort this out, we had unhelpful emails from the owner and from booking.com. We eventually got a refund, minus the loss on the currency transaction but we never got a proper explanation or an apology. This made the aftermath of the holiday stressful - not what we needed!!

We were a family for two nights in this villa, 5 people, it's too many people for such a small apartment . One morning, Mariane came to us when we were not in the apartment and opened the door herself with her keys, left a form to fill out my credit card. We were very surprised that they come to the apartment when we are not there. I booked in advance and paid through booking.com But upon arrival, all day long they sent me an SMS from the German office (Slavi) and asked me to fill in the form, number and pin code of my credit card. They wanted to send the payment back to booking.com and that I pay them either in cash or MobilePay. I spent the whole day explaining to them that I paid once and will not pay anyone else. This was the first time we booked an apartment through bookin.com.Before that we always booked through airbnb what will we do it in the future as it is more reliable and without any problems It was this moment that spoiled the holiday in this villa. Everything else was good.
