Clean comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is so well furnished with everything that one would need. It’s like home from home. The host thinks of everything that his guest would need like adaptors for phones, washing detergent for the washing machine, dish washer tablets, a block of knives, extra quilt in the wardrobe etc.
it’s only 10-15 mins walk to the promenade/ coach station.
There’s nothing we don’t like. We enjoyed our stay so much.

The room was perfect for my last minute over night trip. A short walk from the bus station, comfortable big bed, very clean and super easy check in/out system.
A slightly larger bath matt would be good, the water from the shower curtain did leak on the floor after use.

The apartment was in a building where was few other apartments also, but the yard peaceful. Sitting area in a yard was really nice.
The apartment was in a lower layer. There were everything necessary except a microwave. In the apartment was little bit damb scent, especially in a bedroom. There should have been a parking place on a street but on our visit it was only on time we could actually use it. Parking down the street was difficult. Also cutlery drawer was hidden inside the other drawer :D

10 minutes walk from the town, perfect for a group on holiday. Great communication from the hosts always there to help.
No amenities in the bathrooms, the wifi was very slow and didn’t really work.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with a nice kitchen. Close to old city in Split.
Sleeping on the couch wasn’t ideal as the blanket and linens were thin and a little scratchy.

Kitchen and beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Stove and fan were powerful. I’ve only cooked breakfast and a simple dinner but I’m sure you can even slow cook a leg of lamb there. Beds are super comfy even the sofa bed. Location is just 10 minutes walk from the old town. We were a bit late to check in but the self check in was ok.
Maybe a few rods and hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels? Would be nice to have a hanging rack above the washing machine for rainy days

The location was excellent. 10min walk to old town and waterfront. Easy walk to shops and markets. The kitchen had everything you need. 2 bathrooms were convenient for 6 adults. Rooms were spacious. It was great having a washing machine and clothes airers as we stayed for 5 nights. Quiet area. Peacocks are a lovely surprise.
The front door was difficult to lock. The kitchen cupboards were very high so difficult to reach plates and cups. Pillows were a bit lumpy

It’s a very nice property in the basement. It just outside of old town, only about a 10 minute walk away. This is better if you need parking as you can’t park in old town for obvious reasons. Very quiet and good for sleeping.
