In the middle of everything, the house is near the water, near Diocletians Palace, near many restaurants. The owners are warm and friendly and helpful.
Its a great place to stay. We made the mistake of driving. The streets are narrow in the old town and little parking. The owner actually walked out into the town and found us and led us back to our room. Now thats service!!

The location was perfect. The place was very nice and very cozy. The owner was very very helpful, whether with giving guides or anything. He is also easily reachable.

Greg was an incredible host who was responsive to our requests, needs, and concerns! The location itself was probably 11/10, couldnt get any better. Highly recommend Villa Varo!
We had internet issues on day 1, but it was resolved as soon as we raised it to Greg.

Gregory, the host, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was clean, everything worked, and it was comfortable.
Booking.com pictures were misleading as to exactly what to expect for the room.

Charming and quiet location in heart of Split old town with no passing traffic. Very comfortable beds with all essential amenities. Useful lock-up room for storing luggage. Friendly and helpful proprietor.

Location is good. Gregory, the owner, very kind. Very responsive. Extremely clean facility. Comfortable bed. Gave us toothbrushes when airline lost our luggage.
If you have a car, parking might be challenging. Taxi had to drop us off a short distance away.

The owner. He made us feel special, gave us an excellent restaurant tip and provided valuable assistance for a medical problem. And the property is well located - just a short stroll to the historic centre, restaurants and the waterfront.

The owner was very helpful and kind. The room was so clean, beautiful and quiet. It was very safe and so well organised with everything you could need in the room. .. hairdryer, kettle, coffee, teaIt is very close to the sea and centre. And really quaint as described. I liked the way they put eg a notice dont smash the door to help remember be considerate for other guests.
