No hot water in shower. No concern for Safety in transfer van, which did not have a working seatbelt in the front seat.

It was close to the airport and transport links to centre were good via express coach service.
We had arranged for room service breakfast but it wasnt delivered. Food quality was okay - not worth premium prices paid however. Hotel was advertised as having a spa and was booked for this reason amongst other options. There was no spa.

The location, the staff and the restaurant
our shower had a head that shot straight out and sprayed water all over the bathroom. There was mold on the shower wall and the side of the shower at the bottom was missing so it was exposed. Also, the heater in the bedroom would only warm up briefly and then turn back down to cooler. I expected better than that.

Spacious Room, modern & comfortable. Ate at the hotel restaurant & the Sirloin steak & vegetables was one of the best cooked, presented & tasty meals in all our time in Ireland. Caught the free shuttle outside the door the next morning. Seamless transfer for our next flight. Will definitely stay here again.

Very close to the airport, we walked to the departures. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice food in the restaurant.
Bedrooms have all been updated, however the bathrooms have not and need to be. Service in the restaurant was terrible, however we had our drinks refunded for the inconvenience.
