Overall experience was the best I had in Ireland. Service was top level. Comfortable rooms. Food was fantastic. Location of the hotel was convenient as well, with just 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. The view from the hotel was stunning.

Ken was always available front of house. He made us feel so welcome and was always happy to give advice. The hotel was amazing with great facilities.
There was nothing not to like on site, the location was easy to walk to the city centre but not so easy to walk back due to the hills... taxis were always on hand to get you back.

Lovely hotel with many amenities for hotel guests. Walking distance to local village good but hilly.
We stayed in the residences which had kitchen, living area and bedroom… small but doable. They did not provide simple amenities like paper towels for kitchen use and just other simple kitchen products that you normally get staying in a residence. Most importantly they did not have smart tv for international travelers who can’t get our normal stations from home. Could not have any tv entertainment without smart tv, which is normally provided in other hotels or Airbnb.

Maybe one or two more blankets available for outside balcony in evening. But that's it!
