Well staffed and very pleasant
Had to ask for extra duvet a few times.
The firealarm went of a several times. Good it only was false alarm. Even at 0400.

Fantastic location with good facilities and cleanly, okay value for money.
The mattress was two singles zipped together, unfortunately the gap between them was very pronounced and made it hard to sleep. The mattress was also very soft. The window I had was in quite a loud area as well with music being heard until relatively late.

Had no service and the WiFi did not work had to go downstairs in the lobby to have a WiFi signal in order to get my work done was very appalling to not have any service being only on a second floor level and the room was extremely cold even when I had turned the heat up

Taps to shower difficult to operate. Difficult to turn on the.shower water...got hair wet and almost burned by hot water. Need instructions ! Dangerous@
