Very nice rooms and the beds were very comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was absolutely outstanding!! Perfect location!
We arrived early after flying overseas through the night. Even though we were told right away that our rooms were ready, we were told it would be 60 euros for each room for early check-in ( 1100am). We felt that that price for early check-in was unreasonable. We were not given access to our rooms until 1pm. That was disappointing, as we were all pretty tired, and the room had been ready.

Everyone was very helpful in the hotel, friendly & courteous. The breakfast was great, good selection & plenty of it. The rooms are a great size, bed massive! Very clean and towels changed every day. Even though there was live entertainment we hardly heard it if we were in the room but it ended at a reasonable hour anyway. Didn't eat evening meal this time but have had food there before and it is very good. Location is excellent just off O'Connell Street so very central and great for going out & about
Not a big deal but there could supply more coffee etc. Also supply hand/body lotion in bathroom though there was plenty of shampoo/bath wash.
Hotel very clean but is a little dated - perhaps just new carpet as the decor is good.

Very nice location, close to almost everything by foot. The room was spacious and comfortable. Despite the Celtic Nights being right below the hotel, we couldn't hear any of the noise. The little coffee and tea station was restocked everyday.
In the morning the room felt really stuffy, it didn't help that I was sick during the trip. But we opened the windows for a little bit and it helped air it out.

#1) The location right on the river, near the ha’penny bridge, is excellent!
#2) Our room, a triple w/a queen and a twin, was quite large (also, water boiler coffee and tea were in the room)
#3) The breakfast was comprehensive and the staff was very friendly and efficient.
Two important notes: a river facing room has a nice view, but it’s also on a main thoroughfare so comes with some associated noise. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator—not a problem for us—but worth knowing about when booking.
#1) The grout in the bathroom was black with mold! #2) The toilet paper dispenser was in a very awkward location on the wall behind my left shoulder (same wall as the toilet tank, essentially) so difficult to find in the dark of night.
#3) The room was dimly lit: the overhead light needed a brighter bulb, and the twin bed needs a lamp on the bedside nightstand.
