Door didn't close/lock properly. Not very quiet. Not very warm, no place to control heat or lack of. A bit run down for the price paid. Was disappointed

Convenient location near the city main sights, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel may look nice but shows its age. The windows are ancient and, even in mid March, we were freezing in our rooms cause the heater couldn't keep up the cold air coming through.
