Room, breakfast and staff were great
This might be picky, but we asked for some peppermint tea in the room and reception were not able to provide it. I then had to pay circa 3euros for a peppermint teabag at the bar. Seemed a bit tight fisted to me....

Single bed mattress could do with an upgrade 100%. I’m always allocated the same room; there’s a dip in the mattress so I tend to wake up with aches & have a disturbed sleep.
Staff are fabulous though.

Wonderful
The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The bar was a really nice and quiet spot to sit, read, and have a drink. I'd recommend the Aperol Spritz!
The room was clean and comfortable, and while it was a little warm for me, the staff had no problem in bringing me a fan, which allowed me to sleep peacefully. The shower and bath were easy to use, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked.
There were plenty of light sources and outlets in the room, and the TV was suitable to catch the news.
After hours, the door staff were friendly while professional.
I'm from Ireland and have visited Dublin quite a bit, so I am used to its "rough charm", but the area around Busáras may seem a bit intimidating to those not used to Dublin or big cities in general. That said, there was a police station 30 seconds from the hotel entrance, and no one bothered me or caused any trouble while I stayed.

Very Poor
There was staff drilling outside the room at 8am in the morning. Reception staff called Robert was extremely rude and swore at me. I have complained to the hotel and had no response. Appalling service. Would
Never come back! Don’t stay here

Poor
It was easy to walk to Dublin city centre
If you want to sleep at all do not stay in this hotel. We are heavy sleepers so thought we would be fine when we read it was slightly loud in the local area but this was unmanageable. Outside is so loud if it's not the pub, there's people arguing in the streets, street cleaners washing the pavement at 5 am or the rachet from the train station which was right next to our window. .

Staff great. Very clean. Good location. Had a twin room. Served purpose. Wouldn’t say it’s a luxury or 5 star place but it’s nice enough.

The room was nice and quite clean. Bar and breakfast were available, including a takeaway breakfast upon request, which was a big bonus for us as on the 2nd day we booked a tour guided day to Wicklow Mountains so had to leave very early. The full breakfast was provided. The v. good thing was also the fact that we could leave peace our luggage on arrival to and before our departure from Dublin. Highly recommended.
The location of the hotel was on a bit of a rough area.
