The location of the hotel was perfect just a short walk to all parts of Dublin City centre. Busses and tram stops a short walk from the hotel. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful.
There was quite a lot of building work being done outside the hotel that was quite noisey. This was no fault of the hotel and was acknowledged by the team and they apologised.

The hotel is clean, beautiful inside. The staff is friendly. The bed is comfortable. The room is cleaned. Breakfast can be bought separately. I recommend continental. The Irish breakfast has only one type of eggs. One moment at midnight the entrance doors were closed, you had to knock to get them to open them at the reception. (This happened one day).
My room was different from the photo. The window in the bathroom did not close tightly, or rather there were cracks in it and in strong wind, if the doors to the bathroom are closed, then there is a lot of noise. The shower in the bathroom is not removable. It's not good.

The lights went off in the hallways if you didn't move. I understand conserving energy, but when you are waiting for the elevator, it would be nice if the lights stayed on.

The location is perfect..the restaurant has lovely meals. The staff are absolutely wonderful...the hot water is fab..and the room very spacious...it was great...
The pub adjoining to the hotel don't have a good selection off beer on tap ..

Easy to get to from the airport bus, some staff were friendly.
Generally unclean, loud noises from outside and from guests in other units.

The location and the staff are fabulous the rooms are always very clean with good facilities
Robert , Deyse , Abdul, Emin are so welcoming and friendly and of course Kelvin makes a mean cocktail
There is nothing that I don’t like and we have stayed a few times when visiting Dublin
