Staff was not nice check in, asked double charge the booking fee and takes long time for check in. When check out the female staff was not pleasant, too. I feel the hotel‘s staff need more service training

Location
TV didn’t work, asked for help. Guy came and said it was ‘the storm’. NO TV and I had a 16 year old and a 12 year old..spoke to reception..they ignored me.

The room was spacious, well-lit, and very comfortable. The bathroom had a leak in the toilet that caused a constant "drip drip drip." But to their credit, the maintenance crew showed up within minutes of us calling about the problem. I was impressed at how quickly they resolved the problem.
On another topic, the professiona at the front desk were very helpful in answering our questions about museums, transportation, restaurants, etc. I recommend this hotel!

Property looks very nice from outside ....think it is a heritage property....
From inside , however it is like any other average property
The Car parking in the hotel is terrible....very, very narrow and sharp right angle to go to the lower basement.
Location....not very central compared to Dublin City centre.

The hotel is in a beautiful building in a quiet location, with easy access to public buses. We were given a bottle of water everyday which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and other dining options are within walking distance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, there were not a lot of dairy free options for the rather pricey optional breakfast, so we only had it once.

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. Perfect location. Staff were very helpful, would definitely recommend
