Very Good
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, absolutely amazing.
The phone line didn't work in the room, the heating appeared to be on full making the room far too hot, and the wifi for a long time didn't work.

Staff where very friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was also lovely. I stayed in a family room with 3 kids it was spacious.
The room was mostly great however there was a broken plug socket by the bed making phone charging difficult and also a broken light fixture.

Great location! A short 2 minute walk to the HOHO bus. Easy walk to Trinity College and Book of Kells.Rooms have comfortable beds and they will bring a sheet if the comforter is too warm. Loved having a fan in the room and windows that opened. Breakfast was filling and dinners were great...they even have live music every night. We even saw an Irish dancer from Riverdance perform.
Hotel is built out of 11 separate houses, so it is a little confusing, but fun, to find your room the first time.

The continental breakfast was the best I have ever had, I didn’t even see a need to go for the full Irish breakfast. The hotel is in a perfect location, the room was lovely, and we were very happy. Maybe our only issue was that we could hear a lot of the movement of people and doors throughout the hotel at night, but that’s expected in an old building. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The food in the pub/restaurant was very yummy; my daughter made us return the second night for dessert!!!

Very Good
Everything was fine. Room was fine. Breakfast was very good, two locations to chose from. Location of the hotel was very good. 5 minute walk from airport buses and 10 minutes from O'Connell Bridge.
Walls were very slim. Two out of three nights had difficulty sleeping because of snoring coming from adjacent rooms.

The staff were exceptional. Very kind and helpful in every instance. The decor is unique and stayed true to the time period of the building. Location is great.
The shower was hand held, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Location for visiting Dublin City centre was perfect, it also had its own car park in a courtyard behind the hotel. A beautiful Georgian hotel with tons of original features, furniture & paintings. Very nice buffet continental breakfast. I dined at the hotel restaurant for dinner, the portion sizes were large, as were the glasses of wine! I would definitely stay again!
It’s an old Georgian property, so probably can’t be helped that the original windows in the room I stayed in are a bit draughty, particularly the bathroom window, it was ok in April when I stayed but could’ve been problematic when the weather is very cold

Breakfast was perfect, with lots of gluten free options for us that are coeliacs. Staff was amazing, super friendly and prone to help with whatever we needed.
Location couldn't be better, a 5 min walk from Temple Bar. Bus routes and tram routes also close in case you're going anywhere farther.

The stuff is really nice and friendly! My second time in this hotel and last time they were also very nice. :)
The room was a bit too cold in my opinion and the wifi reception in the room was terrible for some reason.

Wonderful
Old-fashioned hotel that provided all the comforts. Clean rooms. Good location - close to the center and the Bus Head Office (mostly the pick-up point for tours around Ireland or to Northern Ireland).
The breakfast package was modest - a muffin, an apple, and orange juice.
