Decent enough room albeit on the small size. Well appointed ensuite. Good value for money but booked months in advance.
Parking is pay and display or a tenner for on site parking. A bit noisy with floors creaking and doors closing with other guests but nothing major.

The loveliest staff we meet on our trip, even greeted us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. The place was very clean and warm and not too far away from some restaurants for dinner.
It was a little far from the main area of Dublin but it was fun to be in the suburbs and see what Dublin was like in this area. Very hard to say anything negative about this place though!

The staff were incredibly nice.
The location is very residential. There are no restaurants or bars nearby. They serve breakfast but it is a little expensive and no other places nearby. The beds were very hard.

Good location if you don't mind a walk into the centre, plenty of local information provided. Friendly and helpful staff.
We were just 2 of us but had the super family room right at the top, hit our heads once or twice but only real niggle was sink in bathroom-water saving taps but plug wouldn't hold water. Only there for 2 nights so never got round to mentioning it to reception.
