Location is very walkable to the tourist centre of Dublin. About 1km. Hotel Manager was excellent very helpful with info. Bed was a little soft for our liking but overall great experience.

A good location with access to busses for service into city.
Found the room damp & musty as it was below ground level and it faced the street which was also noisy with people gathering outside at night. The bathroom was freezing & you cant turn bar heaters on as these were on a timer.

The location was perfect far enough from attractions but close enough to walk. Breakfast was good and we were taken care of. Our special request was approved so we checked in early. Tea kettle and biscuits in room.
We were on the top floor and the water pressure was very low.

I have stayed here many times, staff are always so friendly. The rooms do vary, some are really lovely and some are ok. Beds are always comfortable.
