Apartment had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, loads of storage in the spacious bedrooms, close to the ferry port
Shower wasn't very powerful, think it was when others in building were using showers or taps at the same time.

Easy contactless checkin, used the code to gain entry. Apartment was spacious and nice bathroom and bedrooms. Beds were comfortable.
Laminate flooring was coming up around the apartment and bedroom blinds coming apart. Balcony was not in good condition as needed a good clean. Living room sofa area too small for the size of the apartment, not enough seating except for the dining table.

Nice apartment, reasonably well equipped and furnished. Property managers very good at responding to messages. Some buses nearby
The price. We had been staying in comparable accommodation for half the price in the previous days. It was only because the Europa cup final was on at the same time - but the best part of 500 euros plus a hefty damage deposit of 250 was really too much. Parking around the property was very tricky - we struck lucky, but anyone else going may need to park some distance away or feed a meter with a lot of money. You must be prepared to walk some distance to get into the city.

Good description for entering at arrival. No one manned the front desk - only self service. Good proximity to public transport. Good valve for money.
Dishwasher was out of order. Few cups and glasses. Would be nice to have somewhere to hang towels

The apartment was in a convenient location as everything we wanted to do in Dublin was in walking distance.
A heads up when appliances such as the dish washer are broken would be nice. It's very frustrating to pay for a place with listed amenities and to show up and have those be out of order.

Spar on the corner for any groceries.

These apartments completely exceeded my expectations. I booked them for our group of 8 as they seemed reasonably priced for Dublin - it did worry me slightly as I wondered why they seemed so cheap compared to other options, but I didn't need to worry at all. Bright, spacious apartments with plenty of room for the group. Clean and well presented. Michela's communication beforehand was faultless, she was so helpful. We left luggage when we arrived (8am!) and when we checked out. It's a 20min walk or short taxi ride to the centre. The Spar shop downstairs is handy. All in all it was a great stay and suited us perfectly.

We had construction works during the night, which disturbed our sleep, and impacted the water flow in the morning.

Lots of space, comfortable beds and sofa. Night table and lamp on both sides of each bed.
Kitchen is in poor repair and the oven didnt work. The lighting in the kitchen and living room is very poor (unlike in the photos). Difficult access to unload and load suitcases (even without the street repairs)

Getting my money back after being hit with a surprise 250 deposit fee
This property was dusty, with very uncomfortable beds, sticky surfaces, and hit me with a surprise, unconditional, 250 security deposit.
