The reception people were very helpful and the lobby was very large and attractive. The choices for breakfast were vast and tasty. The room was large and the shower excellent. The Fleet exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Excellent location and nice facilities.
Near by parking and porter service. The room was spacious and clean. Great to be able to control the heating. It is also very beautiful upon entry.
The staff seem a little confused and disorganised. They struggled to check us in on time and then struggled to find an item I had requested them to store.
They found it eventually but I think there’s some miscommunication between staff on different shifts.

Location perfect. At end of Temple Bar, so very convenient to sights, pubs, restaurants, and buses (airbus and citylink) but at the end of the area, so not noisy. I especially appreciated the quick responses to email questions and the staff able to get us in our rooms early. Breakfast was good and convenient start to the day. Highly recommend!

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful lobby
Wifi connection was terrible probably because of where my room was located but they should work on that. Also, not much to be done about this, but I had a large, heavy suitcase which it was unavoidable to take it up and down several flights of stairs in order to get to and from my room. Having an elevator did not make it any easier since it was so far from my room with many staircases in between

Perfect location to discover Dublin! Friendly staff.
Good breakfast options. Nice lobby. Good drinks.
Got a room which was extremely noisy due to a ventilation system outside. No sleep possible.
Change of room was not possible although the hotel didn't seem very crowded...

The hotel boasts elegant decor and a fantastic location. Our room was clean and beds comfortable; however, the bathroom’s extractor fan was excessively noisy. Although maintenance attempted to address the issue during our outing, the problem persisted, making it difficult to sleep. Disappointingly, reception did not follow up or offer an alternative room.
