Loved the room itself and the park outside. Most of the staff was great.
The management team, one woman in particular, really needs to take a class on how to communicate with guests. Never have we felt so disrespected in a hotel.

Excellent corner room facing Herbert Park. Best I have stayed in yet and have stayed at this hotel many times since it first opened. Staff are always polite and welcoming.
Old fashioned shower. Should have walk-in showers. Bathrooms are on the smaller side. Also had some noise from adjacent room due in part to interconnecting room doors.

Location ideal for the RDS. Food was good.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Thin walls and poor sound proofing. Food was overpriced. Charged for two people and despite only one person staying no refund was provided for the bed and breakfast rate.
