Close to airport and free shuttle
Receptionist unreasonably moody at first arrival. Tried booking over the counter and was told to book online in a kind of rude way as he seemed tired of walk in customers. I apolgize for not knowing it is the only hotel in the world that would prefer paying booking commission instead of taking walk-in. The policy is whatever, but it is the way the information is given to the customer. Everything below average for hilton standard, somewhat dated and not worth the 220 euros/night

The staff is excellent and very professional. Very good free buffet breakfast. Quiet. Bus to and from the airport excellent service. Very clean. Good bed. For another occasion I will book here
In the room with two separate beds there is no shower but a bathtub and this is a disadvantage for an elderly person with reduced mobility. I have seen the risk of fire by storing the hairdryer in a cloth bag and in turn in a drawer of the desk in the room instead of the hairdryer being nailed to the bathroom wall, this would prevent a guest from storing it hot in the bag (I am a fire investigator, sorry, professional deformation).

Lack of staff in the bar for wedding Had to go to main bar for drinks as some drinks not available in function room Had to pay for carpark 45 euros No cover in smoking aera elderly ppl had to stand in the cold Promised residents bar after booking over 10 Rooms for a wedding then to be told no residents bar annoyed alot of guests who we're staying All Rooms that my party we're staying in could not turn down the heating Rooms we're so hot when
