Disappointing
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff at reception were friendly. The location is great -- out of the busy-ness of central Dublin but within walking distance to everything.
As others have noted, there is ongoing construction work at the hotel which means that heavy drilling starts early in the morning and carries on all day. The noise makes it really impossible to stay in the room during the day and there is no warning of this before you book or any apology when you're there. During my stay there was also a lot of noise in the corridors and from the neighbouring room during the night.
On my first day, the shower was blocked and caused a flood in the bathroom, but this was fixed promptly.
The hotel is very expensive considering you cannot actually be comfortably in your room for much of the time. Be aware that there is a charge for parking (this wasn't clear to me from the general information available on the website or explained when I checked in).

Clean. I liked the coffee deck. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good plenty of choice for everyone.
Reception staff on the night of arrival were very professional and helpful.
I find hotels in Dublin very expensive.

Wonderful
Nice hotel. The room was very comfortable, the check in was very easy and it was a great location. 10 minute walk from Grafton Street. It was also located on the LUAS Green Line which is very convenient.
Nothing really.

Pleasant
Good breakfast and friendly staff.
The hotel is further from the center, by the canal
We had one reservation - two rooms, the second was for children - 16 years old. One room was on the 1st floor, the second room on the 4th floor. Both rooms were connected, so the door to the second room was locked.
I don't understand why they split the reservation and we had a room with a locked door to another room, where other guests were staying.
There was no adapter for the socket to borrow. I was surprised in a 4 star hotel.

Wonderful
The staff were lovely, the bedroom just right, the bathroom clean and the coffee stand at the 3rd floor was the little « plus » we needed.
Nothing in particular.

Very Poor
Location
Absolutely no facilities in room wifi password, tea coffee facilities only up on 3 floors, had a pet which I paid and booked for but no dog bowls etc which was advertised and to top it all building works going on from 8am which I was not informed about.

Very Poor
We recently stayed at Hilton Dublin and were shocked to be woken at 8:00 AM by loud and intrusive construction noise—something we were not informed about at any point during booking or check-in. We specifically chose Hilton for a relaxing stay, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality and comfort. This experience fell far short.
What made matters worse was the hotel's response after we lodged a formal complaint. We were told that the work was being carried out by a third-party contractor and, therefore, outside the hotel’s control. The only resolution was a slight noise delay until 9 AM for future guests. This does nothing to address the disruption we experienced or acknowledge the lack of transparency that led to it.
The response felt dismissive and failed to offer any meaningful compensation or resolution. Guests deserve to be informed about significant disturbances before arrival, especially when staying at a premium brand like Hilton.
Really disappointed overall. Hilton Dublin needs to be more forthcoming with information and more accountable when the guest experience falls short.
