Staff were amazing very helpful . Fabulous hotel . Food was great. Cocktails perfect. Bartender Davide was a true gentleman and very professional. Location was perfect.
Would have loved a bath for two . Also husband couldn't fit under shower head and he's 6ft 2 . Bar is a little small had to wait for a table .

When I arrived at 315pm I was told I could not check in as the room wasnt ready. Didnt get into room until 350pm. Window in room was stuck and wouldnt open-had to call housekeeping to get it open-it stuck again when we closed it. Breakfast on Sunday morning was a disaster--there were no cups or milk on our table when we sat down and had to ask for them, no butter either. When my wife and daughter went to get some fruit,cereal and toast at the buffet -there were no plates and when my wife asked a member of staff they never came back to her-she had to ask a different staff member. When I eventually got a plate and went to make some toast-the first slice of white bread I put in the toaster was blue molded. Very disappointed with stay especially as I have stayed here several times before and I think the standard has really slipped. Paul

I liked the location and facilities but thought it a bit pricy for standard of service. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, I was expecting some menu options as well as the buffet service.
Parking was a hidden additional cost. For a hotel with its own car park I wasn’t expecting a €25 per day charge.

bed was very comfortable and bath in bedroom was a very welcome feature. Room service food was good.
items missing from room service and when it eventually arrived all the other food had been eaten so a bit pointless. Pool was closed for cleaning at 9am even though it only opens at 7am. This was one of the main reasons for selecting this hotel. There were items of clothing on the floor from the previous guests which would suggest it wasn't cleaned very well. On check in an extra €130 deposit was taken from my car without notification from the staff member.

beautiful spacious room with a balcony spacious marble tiled bathroom with nightlight the hotel exudes a charming old world charm throughout.
Although the swimming pool is a bonus, it has a shallow end (1m) and then goes to 1.5 m. The entire length is 14 metres. It is only really possible to swim in 2/3 of the pool.
