Great location
Unfortunately we did not get the room that we had booked and the reason was not communicated to us until the following day. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odour which impacted our stay. I contacted the hotel reception as advised however I have not received any correspondence. Quite disappointing.

The location was walking distance to everywhere and the rooms were modern and clean.
The male receptionists was rude to other female members of staff in front of guests and appears to have a problem with females, including guests. When checking in and asking for my wife's details, he just pointed and abruptly said, "Put HER details there." This person appears to have a real issue with females with no social skills or manners.

Breakfast was good but not cheap. Location was good. Parking was good, but not cheap.
There was a lot we didn’t like. For starters we were given (paid for) an “upgraded” room that stunk like feet. At first we weren’t sure if it was just a closed room, or what, but after a couple of nights we learned that the “smoking station” of the hotel was directly below our window (which needed to remain open since air conditioning does not work). On top of the stench, doors banging at all hours of the night (3:30am doors were banging), and a front desk that doesn’t answer calls. Additionally, the “smoking station” chatting would never stop (filling our room all nigh) room service that only change towels and doesn’t refill basics such as TOILET PAPER…, staff that states that they cannot read messages from booking, but yet, they (finally answered) through booking.. Toilet that is about to fall from the wall, missing drawer in the furniture (learned this when they finally moved us to another room, we noticed the strange open space was actually a drawer). Bathroom door puffed up by water (thus probably moldy inside).
They don’t answer the phone, either when you call the from desk or reservations. Simply one of the worst stays in many places we’ve stayed before. The saving grace, the staff is friendly, and a couple did go above and beyond (afterwards) to alleviate the horrible experience.

The location in the city centre and the on-site parking is great. The hotel has easy check-in, and I like hosting clients here when they need a place to stay in Dublin.
The breakfast is not amazing. The sausages are a bit dry. The croissants are fantastic though.
I didn't have water bottles in my bedroom on my last stay.

Good distance of around 15 minute walk into centre which was perfect, staff were very friendly particularly Luigi
Only small thing was the bathrooms, seemed not very clean and shower leaked everytime we used
